A good student should continue to study the discipline as much as possible till it becomes their life. In your private free time, one can concentrate on independent self study on topics related to this path of inner development.
Last but not the least, the most important duty of a good yoga teacher is to help each and every trainee of his or hers, to move a little closer to the realization of their own unique spiritual identity for which they have come into this world.
